Driven by a passion for creating safe, inclusive spaces that support high performance, Nathan brings over 15 years of experience in the sport sector. He has contributed at local, provincial, and national levels across both winter and summer sports, with a focus on programs that support marginalized groups.
His recent work centers on athlete safeguarding, complaint management, and strategies to prevent and address maltreatment in sport.
A lifelong athlete and former swimmer, Nathan has explored sport participation and coach development through academic, volunteer, and professional roles. He’s excited to support Dare to Care in expanding its bullying prevention efforts into new environments.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys trail time, weightlifting, marathon running, and playing pickleball.
